Wild Lotus Boutique is a curated collection of gently used and unique second-hand clothing, accessories, and home decor with a laid-back, bohemian style.

 

2. Do you ship internationally?
Currently wild lotus boutique does not offer international shipping but hopefully in the future we will be able to branch out internationally 

 

3. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 3–10 business days, while international shipping can take up to 20 days, depending on customs and your location. Please note: shipping delays may occur during peak seasons.

 

4. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on your location and the size of your order. You can view the shipping cost during checkout before you complete your purchase. 

 

5. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to track your order through our shipping carrier's website.

 

6. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders are processed quickly, so please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes or cancellations. After 24 hours, we may not be able to modify or cancel your order as it might already be in processing or shipped.

We want you to be happy with your purchase! However, due to the nature of our business, we have a strict no-return policy just to protect the business while it grows as most of these items do not come with tags .

 

8. Do you restock items?
Because we sell a curated collection of preloved and vintage items, most of our products are one-of-a-kind and cannot be restocked. If you see something you love, grab it before it’s gone! We frequently add new items, so keep an eye out for fresh finds!
